Arrived!!

Here at last.
Landed into Vancouver Sunday 2:30 local time. Immigration control and customs all very friendly, took about an hour. All the luggage also managed to arrive at the same time so all is well.
Bought a car this afternoon, spent some time just chilling out looking out across English Bay from the hotel in the 29 degree sunshine, Why did we come here again??? Myself and Mrs Inse now intend to be tourists for a few days before driving east to the Kootenays where we intend to settle. After spending the last 3 weeks saying nothing but goodbye to everyone we knew it's good to be able to say hello again. Many thanks to all of you who helped with our questions and perhaps we can now help others now that we are here in BC.

Unfortunately the bit by Siwash rack and Prospect Point is still closed after last winter's storm, but the rest is worth the walk.
Welcome to BC Inse. Whereabouts on the Kootenays are you heading?
