Applying for work out of Province .
Has any of you experienced much luck in finding work in Toronto, while applying from a different province ?
For financial security, I will be staying at my in laws in Montreal ( until I find work ), but will be applying for IT Jobs in Toronto. I will drive/ or take a train for my interviews if need be.
I was wondering if that may delay the process of finding employment i.e.; employers won't contact me if not in Toronto??
Have any of you expats done out of province applications, if yes did it work out well for you ?
thanks for your help.

I moved your post to the main Canada forum as it isn't immigration related.
Hopefully someone will be along to give you some advice.
I think though, that provided you can make yourself available for interviews and you make it clear that you are willing and able to relocate, it shouldn't be a problem.
