Application sent without IELTS Test in May2002

I have sent my application in MAY2002 without the IELTS test results since it was not an requirement at that time.Can i sent the IELTS test score later else how are they going to assess the application for english.I am staying here in USA working on H1B visa and all my education is in English.

As you have submitted your application before June 28th (regardless many warnings not
to do it) you should be OK for now - just wait for the visa post to send you AOR
letter and later on additional requests.
