Anyway of Finding our Real Estate Info in Ontario.
In NS there is a website called viewpoint.ca and on this you can see how long houses have been listed, if prices have been dropped and how much they were purchased for originally etc - is there such a thing for the Ontario market?

There is but an estate agent has to set you up on it. The MLS.ca website has a public/general side and an estate agent area. Once we had an estate agent helping us look they would send links to MLS posting but it allowed us to see exactly what you are asking for. Although you have to workout the abbreviations.
