Kitchener/Waterloo. There are a LOT of good doctors in the K/W region (the company I work for deals with pretty much all of them), I think you're going to find a tougher time finding a doctor taking on new patients, regardless of whether they are good or not, the K/W region is pretty overextended when it comes to family doctors, so you may not have all that much choice in the matter.
