Hey I take issue with that Bristol UK!
We prefer to call it the Chocolate River.

On a serious note, NB rocks. Its pretty, its friendly, houses reasonably priced.
We like the Moncton area. Its more french than Fredericton and St John, but don't let that put you off, because we don't speak a word and we don't need it.
It would be an issue in some jobs but not construction I wouldn't think.

Fredericton feels quite disconected from everywhere to me and saint John is more industrial.
But of course I am biased cos I like Moncton.
