Used them for shipping to Vancouver (Williams this end). I don't think we had breakages, certainly nothing we missed. I'm still using their packaging for other things now. The Manchester area rep was very friendly and made some good recommendations regarding my move. I would certainly consider using them again

We used them London to Trenton. The price was comparable to other companies we surveyed with, but the geezer seemed to spend more time going over the actualities of what we were taking...plus we liked him as he was the only one of the bunch who used a pencil and paper to tot it up, rather than just entering random data in a PDA.

The move was all-in-all pretty good: our London flat was a bitch to move from, but the movers were very good and spent all day running up and down stairs and along alleyways. The other end offloaded (but didn't unpack, since we were in temp accommodation) in under an hour.

Only quibble is we had a few pieces of antique furniture which were not as well packed as I would have liked - we'd stressed they were the only things of value, but for some reason items like nail clippers (really) ended up getting the insulated treatment, whereas those were just lightly wrapped...and a bit dented as a result.
