Anyone cycle to work

Any of you peeps cycle to work in throughout the winter ?.....
I am soon to move to the "burbs" and therefore going to have more of commute to deal with ....used to run to work in London occasionally ........but me thinks that the Acres (NW) is going to be a little to far for that.....

There are good cycle path along the Bow River towards town, but I don't think you'll be doing it when it gets real cold!

Calgary Stock exchange down town.......... so uh didnt think about the fact it will definitely be dark........what time does the sun rise in the winter months?

Bike paths are a whole other thing, if I can work half a day and go through the parks, I'll ride in the winter. It's just riding on the road that's not sensible.

But not to worry! Canada Olympic Park has floodlights ..... will nobody come and take skiing lessons with me?????

If i was over there, i would, as i've never skied, and kinda think i should give it a go if i'm going to be living near all the white stuff, alas i doubt we'll be there till nxt year (so let me know how you get on !!)
