Any recommendations on the best ski pass deals this year for the rockies?...I believe September is the best month to buy them in.
Looking to have a heavy season on the slopes and then maybe chill out a bit next year.
My OH is even talking about looking into the Calgary Olympic Park so that we can go in the evenings
during the week. Anyone done this?

Last year we had season passes to COP, and then bought Sunshine cards.
They are really good value if you are not going to go enough to save with a full season pass. They cost about $50 and give you three "free" lift days and then discounts off any other trips you make.
We are debating whether to get them again, or get Lake Louise card, which includes Kananaskis on the same deal. Then we can go to Nakiska if we want a shorter day and Lake Louise if we want a longer trip. We only went one time to Lake Louise last year, and we LOVED it, but we do like Sunshine too ......
sighs. .... can't decide!
I'm not sure if we will get season passes for COP this year. I do need some more lessons .....anybody want to come with me? (nervous, not-quite-beginner, but will need to rebuild confidence) :scared:
I though COP was good to start on but got boring for the boys until they started doing the terrain park, then later in the season it got too icy for me, so not sure if we'd be better just paying as we go .......
decisions decisions.......
