My hubby ex army , Cant help a lot as just in the process ourselves thought id say hi anyway!!

We have had a lot of great advice on this site and have some pension advice which came from the horses mouth so to speak, Feel free to send me a message if it is pension advice you are after..

blimey there is a lot of veryfying and scratching of heads for forces appliacants due to number of postings , addresses held, commanding officers etc etc etc

remember to get a military police recored aswell

on the plus side the army pension is a huge huge bonus and great cushion it goes a very long way in Canada particulalry in the out of city areas

We have already done all the necessary. We are heading over in Oct to validate the PR.

We just wanted to know if they would accept on top of our savings would it be worth while to show them proof funds by way of army pension.

Anyone know anything about that.

Still in the Army with around a year left, just thought I would drop a quick line. There is a lot of info on here from a lot of ex Brit Army which is great info especially about pensions
