I applied in feb 2002 and still waiting without any news even after the medicals have edpired. Wanted to know if any one else is out there?

I did my medical sept 2003. That too expired now. No news uptill now. I think my case is the oldest one now at Buffalo.

Have you checked the e-client? At this stage, there should be no harm sending them a fax stating that you did the medicals more than a year ago, and enquiring if there is anything outstanding that you need to submit.

My e-client changed to decision made on 18 dec, 2003.... its going to be one year since that decision made(medical decision or whatever decision that was). It never changed back to In process that i was strongly hoping.
