This is a very small wrap of heroin, the heroin being mixed in with all sorts of shit to water the powder down. So not only are you injecting heroin into your veins, but also talcum powder, daz washing powder, flour, fertilizer, infact anything that will thin the heroin.

I know prisoners who had habits that were costing them £500 per day.
They beg, borrow, mostly steal to fund their habit which leads them into jail.

I know cons that can take a loads of these in one go as their tolerence to drugs is that high !!!
