I am confused now, if Toronto has bad pollution and is very hot in summer, how is that nicer than no pollution and nicely warm

However if the government has any sense this'll be a one time thing and they will in future spend it where it is needed i.e. education, infrastucture, health care or Social Services.
Which is where this $400 per person should have gone.

Incidentally I do love your penguin clip. It makes me laugh every time I see it. I mean every time the penguin slaps the other one into the ice. I think one of my relatives may have been a goldfish
