Question Advice Needed

Hi,

I really need some advice, my husband is a HGV Driver and has been approached by H & R Transport in Lethbridge, we are considering taking this opportunity to make a better life for us and the kids (2 & 9 weeks), but are a bit unsure where to start. Has anyone ever heard of H&R, if so are they reputable. Does anyone know of any other haulage companies?. I am also wondering what a typical rental price is for a 3 bed house. We are trying to work out roughly what it costs to live in Canada, i am full of questions just need help getting answers.

Any help greatly appreciated

Hi Steph

We are to go to Lethbridge too - well hubby already there we are to follow.

Have heard of H & R but dont know their reputation. Trying doing a search in this forum for H & R as I think that it should bring something up for you.

If I was you I would check out www.yellowpages.ca and do a search there. I do know that there is a Haulage company called BIg Horn Transport in Lethbridge and they also have depots in Calgary and Edmonton too a big family firm.

Try www.lethbridgeherald.ca and check out the rentals in the local paper usually quite a few of them and as in most places depending on which side of town you want to be denotes the rental price.

Lethbridge is a great small town of about 80,000 people and there is absolutely everything you could need for a family. Also visit Lethbridge city website too there is some great info regarding the town there too.

If you need any more info and want to ask anymore questions please pm me and I'll try and help you - or if need be ring hubby to ask him
