Oh for sure. I found Vancouver cheaper overall then the Valley to live in for a single person, I pay 150-200 more a month for housing in Chilliwack...lol

slightly OT but we have friends looking for a 2 bed rental with big dog at the mo.
THey've given up on east van/north burnaby, too hard with dog/too expensive. They were thinking about buying, same problem, have now focussed on North Van as allegedly it's cheaper. THey were saying people are asking $1,700 per month for condos in Maple Ridge :eek: I'm assuming people are trying to cover their mortgages? Cos that seems really high for MR. Is it the same in WHack/Abby? |
