Hi my bunac visa expired on the 28th aug 09, i applied for a twp before it expired so i can carry on working,i also have an outland sponsorship application going through to,i have still not heard anything about my application for the twp yet,i have heard of a 90 day rule, what if i dont hear anything from cic by the end of november ?,that would put me past 90 days,or if my twp gets rejected which i think it will would that give me 90 days from the day they make the decision or would i have to leave right away ?

my company did not apply for an lmo,my job is assisting the car salesmen and delivering cars so its not a skilled job,the company offered to actually help me stay here but i told them not to bother as i would be going home at christmas until my sponsorship is approved and i would come back when that time comes,so i sent of a twp application august 17th before my bunac expired and still not heard of anything,i have looked on there website and it says there only up to the 21st july applications,so what would happen when i get a response ? would they want me to leave right away or would i get 90 days to restore my status from the day they make the decision ?,it looks likely that i wont get a response until december according to there website as there only up until july21st applications
