40 Months , No Interview Call!

40 Months , No Interview Call!
DEAR SIR,
I HAVE FILED MY P.R APPLICATION IN NEW DELHI CANADIAN HIGH COMMISSION DURING MAY 1999 AND TILL NOW NO SIGN OF INTERVIEW. NOW IT IS MORE THAN 40 MONTHS EVEN THEN THEY DONT GIVE ANY REPLY FOR THE QUIRIES. IS THERE ANY WAY TO FIND OUT THE STATUS OF MY APPLICATION? PLEASE CLARIFY.

Hi,
Did you get a letter from the high commission stating that you would need an interview to render a selection decision because I think May99 cases have been interviewed !!

THANKS FOR YOUR RESPONSE. I RECEIVED A LETTER IN JULY 1999 WITH MY FILE NUMBER AND STATING THAT IT MAY TAKE UPTO 36 MONTHS TO GET INTERVIEW CALL. THAT WAS THE ONLY COMMUNICATION FROM HIGH COMMISSION TILL DATE.
PLS.SUGGEST WHAT TO DO.
