Well after 2 LMO applications rejected and 9 months of living in limbo we have finally made it.
I guess we have been lucky to find an employer who is as determined to see this through to a positive outcome as we have been.
Just had to share this with you guys. Its midnight now and the OH has just popped the champers. Not gonna be much kip in this house tonight .

Iam going back into the 7312 mining scene .. I did a few year with Finning Canada before getting the boot during the late 08 - early 09 recession. (That Sucked ass)

Will be getting back into the food industry. New boss wants me for my food safety experience, magnets, sieves etc. Not exciting but whatever pays the mortgage .
Yes, it was the mountain climbing opportunities that first appealed to us .

Thanks, can only comment on Manitoba. Got letter on May 17th stateing that application would take 6-8 weeks so its been 10 weeks .

I cannot give any info as the LMO was a block open LMO application and was probably in process before I was informed of intent ..

I was told the LMO was in process and if Interested in having my name on one.

We have to call our boss this afternoon to discuss fine details but I reckon we will be out by the end of August. Have a few days to settle etc. We want the young one to be in school for the start of the new term, September 5th or 6th.

All these previous months of planning will hopefully pay off now .
