Hello there, I am new to this sight and do not know what I am really doing so bare with me. I am ready to wright for my (310T Truck and Coach licence) in ontario and could really use some help from anyone that could help me with any test questions thay have or remember. I would be forever in your debt !

Welcome to BE and good luck
Though the lounge area is just an area to chat about general stuff.
You'll want to have a look around and post in the Canadian forums here to get the best info on questions like this though, but I'll move this one for you

i only know about BC, but you have the ITA who do the written, the BCACS who administer the practical and fulfloods who actually perform the test. so thats three lots of registrations, three lots of fees etc .
check with the union you intend to join what the process is in your province, as they vary. but be prepared for a bunch of red tape and officialdom.
upside is the IPT rigging book is heaps less complicated than the uk rules and regs
