Hi All,
My grandad in Canadian, he came over during the war married and settled here.
Would that count for much if i applied to move to Canada?
Also i read the immergration site. They ask for 67points.
Most catergorys seem to make sense eg. Language, Criminal Records, Funds etc.
But points for adaptability? Hows that work?

Adaptability is a sort of miscellaneous category for things that might show that you would be able to settle successfully in Canada and not bugger off back to England after a year like half the whiners in this newsgroup (thank God the pioneers were made of sterner stuff). It includes things like having studied in Canada and other stuff you've done in Canada (i.e. things you've done that would lead you to have a good idea of what you're getting in to). You might get points under this category based on your grandad because family relationships are included.
