Kelowna Education & Housing
Hi all we are moving to Kelowna hopefully in July 07. Can anyone give me any information on schools and areas to live in.
We like upper and lower Mission but would happily consider other areas. We will have to be in rented until we sell our house in the uk but would like to rent in the area that we plan to settle in so that schools can remain the same.
We have 2 girls one aged 11 (very bright has passed 11 plus and has been offered a place at one of the top schools in the country, 1800 sat the test for 123 places) and 1 aged 16 ( taking her GCSEs)
Thanks for taking the time to read this.

Hi
We were in Kelowna in May the education department were very helpful and informative and we found that the schools are divided into districts and to be eliglble for the schools you have to live in those areas/districts the rule does not apply if your opting for private education
So we looked for houses in the area where we liked the school hope this helps
