Default Short term contract tax issues

I'm starting a new 6 month contract with a company and need to understand the tax implications: I'll work the first few weeks in their London office then move to the Netherlands for 5 months. If the contract is extended I'll probably move back to the London office for the remainder of the year. I would be paid in Euros in the Netherlands
Do I have to pay tax just for the time in the Netherlands or can I invoice them from my company in the UK and pay tax here?
