Hello everyone, I'm new here My boyfriend is British and I'm Dutch and he wants to move here. He is looking for work in Zeeland and he has recently started taking Dutch lessons. So far, we have not had much luck as every company points out his lack of knowledge of the Dutch language, so we're hoping the lessons will improve his chances.

He has a degree in Manufacturing Engineering and Management but has been working in the IT sector in the UK for the past couple of years.

Does anyone know of any Engineering or IT companies in Zeeland (including Zeeuws-Vlaanderen) or the western area of Brabant that are open to giving an Englishman a chance?

Or if you have any other tips or tricks, anything is welcome really

Why persue a career in what you've studied for ? Once had a maths teacher with a degree in Zoologie. Eastman Chemical, Middelburg/Dow Chemicals, Terneuzen are chemical manufacturing plants in your area where I know
english speaking expats (US/GB/NZ, AUS, etc) are employed. Rotterdam/Pernis/Botlek is also within commuting distance from Zeeland, so get your boyfriend to "specialists" uitzendbureaus
