Well, what was it? Thought it would be interesting to see what people's first contribution was to the site. I am still getting over a sudden heart failure in finding the results for me. Mine was showing support for Iamthecreaturefromuranus :blink::unsure::o

Here in OZ it is about 3%+ of the selling price, but back in UK it was only 1%. So yes, It was one hell of a shock when we sold our first OZ home. If you are selling, and are not in a hurry, i would suggest an advert in your local paper first, and if you have access to a web page, put the full details there, with a link to the page in your advert. That way people can get a better idea of your property. But with the slowdown in property sales in some areas here, it may not sell as fast as it would have done just a few months ago. |
