You buggers
So there I was, happily moved from Singapore to Australia and, unlike you lot, thinking how cheap everything is.
And then I go back to the UK for a short visit and, in between eating shedloads of bananas, I can't help but notice (because now I'm looking) how damn cheap everything in the supermarkets is. Ignorance WAS bliss you buggers :p (I had 9kg of luggage going, 45kg coming back. Unfortunately none of it was bananas.) |

Even one big one is the equivalent of 14 fags a day. |

Re: You buggers
M&S isn't what it used to be. Wife was very upset at the lack of natural fibres when we were there over Xmas.

Coupled with a trap of frozen peas it is very effective.

Re: You buggers
Can't wait for my shopping trip now - trying to work out how little i can get away with taking without having to go sort of naked until I get chance to get to the shops. Have also priced up how much it is to box stuff up and post it back - what with the cheapness of it all and the benefit of the exchange rate I reckon I can buy twice my weight in clobber and still be quids in!:thumbsup::thumbup: (Til I get the CC bill that is.)
Anybody want anything??? |
