That was probably my absolute favourite thread I think. In all fairness to the poster he did come back and give it a proper go, still here too I think.

Any spider experts here? What is this? I have never seen a spider this big and ugly. It looks so evil. Is this spider dangerous?? Spotted it this morning in my study room. I'm so confused, please help!!

I've been laughing along at the comments, so don't get me wrong but what the hell has happened to us all?
There are some in there that have never been asked, to my recollection anyway, but it's impossible to tell which is which. It's harmless and nothing's happened to us, it's the same thread that rears it's head every year or so, so continue laughing and don't stress. Posters haven't been put off by these threads yet (not that I know of anyway ).
