And the fact they aircraft don't even have the range to get to Indonesia.
Yes, I remember watching that too. That documentary was very scathing of Brendon Nelson and showed him to have money to spend so just spent it on the best deal going around, not the best aircraft or technology. They also stated that the current Indonesian aircraft would far outperform these Super Hornets. In short Nelson committed Australia to duds.

Tim said he heard them over our house, 2 mins before the end of the show. I am not sure if that is that because they might land at Amberley though. I missed the whole thing, so am a bit gutted. I love Riverfire, just totally forgot about it :-P
