Would you lie?

HE is sulking... Why?

Because we had roast lamb with veggies and yorkshire puddings....

Well it wasnt the yorkshire puds that caused it... It was the gravy...

A bit of backgound info...We have a large stash of lamb oxo cubes brought over from the uk by the grey nomads... Perfect lamb gravy....every time... Little bit if floor and water in the juices, a lamb oxo... Sorted...

But NO ....HE makes ****ing Gravalox Herb "meat" gravy.....

"please dont do that again darling, its like when the Grey Nomad served up apple crumble one sunday lunch fifteen years ago... It had rolled pats and peanuts in the topping, not crumble topping.. Ruined the whole bloody meal..."

"you dont like it?"

No I dont like it

OK.. Make your own ****ing gravy in future HE says...

What does he want me to do? Lie??? tell him its lovely and risk it hapoening again???

I dont bloody think so!

Would you have lied? And said "yes darlig its lovely?"

No I wouldnt.

Mr PP made something and he likes his salt, I cant tolerate salt (except of late which strangely I have a bit of a craving for it)

'Is it OK?' he asked and I had to tell him it is a bit salty for my liking. I choose my words carefully but I cant pretend I like something if I dont.

Come on Oxo stock is hardly that great. If you have time try making your own stock. The taste is amazing.

Reminds me of the only time I have ever got anywhere near being violent........He wanted fried onions with his dinner: I apparently chopped the onions up wrong and was informed they weren't as good as His mum did them. So I threw the frying pan at him...onions, cooking oil, spatula, the lot :o

My aim is lousy and I missed but it was very satisfying :D
