You a F16 pilot?
AISLE AISLE.
Love the aisle- I want to get up and get up to mischief when I want to.
I hate every other seat.
I did get a window seat once on a flight to Perth and I strangely felt almost panicked, and hemmed in.

long haul - aisle for the toilets/stretching/wandering up front to see how business class live. But yes it annoys the hell out of me when my seat gets pulled back by retards with no balance.
short haul - don't mind.

Aisle on short haul when I am in economy. If I am flying long haul I am in business so dont mind so much.

Long haul - aisle. Short haul - window. My worse flight experience ever was Brisbane to Singapore on my own. Had the window seat with two of the fattest people in the world in the middle and aisle who both crashed before take off, my TV didn't work, my seat wouldn't go back, fatty in the middle had half my seat and I was trapped. Crew tried to find me another seat but the plane was chokka. The closest I've come to a panic attack. I spent seven hours counting the wing light flashing just so I didn't have hysterics. Couldn't eat or drink anything in case I needed the loo. Never never never again.

I get annoyed by kids kicking the back of my seat, or the person in front reclining with great force when I am still eating- last flight I had my wine spilled all over me withing the first 2 hours of a long haul flight.
I did score a pair of first class pj's out of it, and the entire seat was changed so that it didn't stink of wine. Thanks Singapore airlines.
