Yeah i think its definately a wothwhile buy. You get a resistance band with it but its crap so you would have to buy another one i reckon, thats what we did.
The 30 day challenge is supposed to be done one day after the other but there's no way i could do it today, i can hardly move!!
I suppose thats just told me how unfit i am.
