You know that such growth in an overpopulated country by way of uncontrolled migration isnt actually a good thing ?

Was that uncontrolled migration figures then as I didn't see that stated?. I thought they meant, people on exchange visits, students, work placements, visa's, spouses etc. I must have missed the bit were it said illegal immigrants or that they are never going to leave the country.

Thats a city the size of Coventry every year ! ( no sarcastic comments please )

I didnt mention illegal immigrants. I mentioned uncontrolled migration and referring to the migration policies of the UK which are in effect, now largely governed by other factors beyond its control such as the EU treaties.

The "real" British people have got to wake up, smell the coffee and start voting BNP. I can then look forward to the Labour Party being banned and its membership from top to bottom charged with treason.

Why we're either leaving or have already left? Easy, the answer is in the article itself - " The biggest influx was from the New Commonwealth - India, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka - with more than 200,000 migrants". Need I say more?

Can anyone ever see Australia closing it's borders to further migrants? What with a smaller area of hospitable habitat and changing climate. I can't see it for a while yet.

And how many people who leave end up returning? It's 20 odd % from Australia - so probably similar from other countries. Most people from the new, Eastern Europe EU countries plan to return to their homelands when they have made enough money.
