in london it rains when i walk the dogs at 8.45, then again during their walkies at 2.45 and then usually just after their supper around 5.30 Also when i've just left the hairdresser whatever time of day-in fact basically whenever I leave the house on foot...

I know-but there's a band of high pressure in south america thats b*******g everything up still I'm looking forward to my summer when im in Oz in Jan! (tho' i am heading for Melbourne so...)
