Had breakfast in bed (Burnt bacon sandwich), champagne, chocs & cards. Also left in peace to read my book all morning which was lovely!

The Champagne is lovely idea - I got chocs but DD has 'helped' me eat them..
Are you going to drink it tonight or save it for a special occaision? The card and poem are the best - as you can always keep them. Ah bless him.No buyers yet... the guy we thought might buy it chose another house.
Have a new EA coming in tomorrow for a valuation - might be time for a new broom and a new approach. We'll have to see what they say. How's your DIY going?

Have just had to remove the chocs as kids eating their way through the second layer already
DIY on hold until plumber & electrician have done their bits this week!
Just realised I forgot to take chicken out of freezer, not sure what we'll eat for dinner tonight!

I think I have 4 chocs left.... will have to hide them now.
Spent yesterday sorting our rental flat to go on the market too - got the EAs round on Tuesday. Not too stressful then....
At least now that looks good it can just be left as it will stay that way.You have all this to come when the work is finished....lol...
