Depressing news re mortgages & banks today though

All the way through visa it's been hurdles TRA/Medicals/the waiting!! to get through but never in a million years did I think selling the house would be such a major problem. If we hadn't bit the bullet we'd still be waiting, can sit and think if only we'd sold 2 years ago but never mind....

Planning on renting a friends house now and saving some more money to make back what we 'lost'. (even though we never actually had it LOL)

Just out of pure frustration I thought I would chuck my situation into the mix.

Myself and the OH had our visas granted back on the 15th August and mentally I am already to go. I have been told that the IT market is desperate for people to get out there and am already getting interviews lined up with agencies. We are off to validate the visa in a few weeks time (which we were going to do anyway regardless of the house sale or not) which I really cannot wait for.

We've only had our house on the market for 54 days, which is probably loads less than some of you on here, but only had 1 viewing in that time. I actually spend time through the day just watching my mobile on my desk at work waiting for a call from the estate agent.:curse:

If anyone knows of someone who wants to buy a 3 bed house just outside of Leeds let me know.

Right, I feel slightly better for getting that out of my system.

My 'For Sale' sign blew down in the wind today..........the wood must have rotted as it's been up for so long....LOL
