If Australia didnt exsist.
No choosing America as thats too easy.
I would go to the Czech Republic, the country is beautiful and the beer cheap (they also have Tesco's
).

Thailand. Cheap living, great food, cheap beer and the wife is from there. Though its hard for certain visas.

Canada, Vancouver perhaps where my Uncle lives... Have been before and loved it... Or perhaps Elounda, Crete where my mother spent many happy holidays... Thought it was great as well the 2 times I went...

Puglia in Italy or the Pyrennes in France. Both have fantastic scenery, not too many tourists, wonderful food and all four seasons.
