Well I have just driven to work and 2 local roads have been closed due to flooding.... the road from Somerset Drive to Mudgeeraba had only just reopened properly after being altered to stop it flooding :blink: and Hardys Road is also under water.

Just heard our water tank delivery date ( 31-Jan ), so I predict that's when its going to stop.
Pool is 1cm from the top, so I guess we won't be needing to top it up this month if it ever stops raining long enough to get into it. |

i did the prelimanary drawings and had the sturctual engineer do the posts and retaing wall calcs the deck its self just came more or lesss straight out of the aussie bearer and joist tables regards steve |
