Early Doors and Red Dwarf. For the past there is Rising Damp, an absolute classic before political correctness got hold.

Best Aussie comedy for a long time was "Wilfred"
Pretty much everything else just stinks: Kath & Kim, Chandon Pictures, Pizza...
There was a reasonable Kiwi comedy on ABC lately. "Seven Periods with Mr.Gormsby" - funny as....

Been in Oz 3 years so can only go on what we see over here, and Foxtel shows but Im loving "Pulling" cracking one liners in there, and "Benidorm" was great.

Peep Show (this is definately my favourite)

And then panel shows like, 8 out of 10 cats, mock the week, buzzcocks, HIGNFY etc
