What's your definition of health?
I have to write a paper for uni on this subject and my definition was really similar to the WHO. I'm curious what others think.

A day when I can function like an average person (if there is one). Very rare, not that anybody notices...........the joys of a largely unseen debilitating disorder.........
Well, you asked and I thought I'd be honest............after a few glasses of wine. Issues with sleep my latest joy and no alcohol wasn't working so I thought I'd try the opposite...........
