Homemade square sausage, only has beef and pork mince. I don't eat sausages either. They are full of crap.

I'm sure that hubby could persuade you to pop one in your mouth if it was pure Scotch beef?

I have never tried it with broccoli, but it does sound good, will have to give it a go. I dont know why, but cauliflower cheese does have one negative side affect (windy willows) that's me tonight

I made the baked bean lasagne the other night and it was YUM!!! Lighter than regular quorn mince lasagne but still very filling and delicious! I added a tin of toms instead of passata and chucked in some veggie worchester sauce too for a kick. Husband loved it too (he's usually adverse to anything containing too many vegetables...not good when living with a vegetarian!).

It was even nicer warmed up on the second night

yhanks for the recipe Jen

I just made a tofu curry, if you cook the tofu loads it tastes ok, first time I've had it and it's actually not too bad smothered in curry sauce with loads of veggies! (PS it's not naughty curry sauce, I made it myself!)

I'm not ... I'm off to RocKwiz Live soon (and will be putting myself up for contention as a contestant) and am skipping solids for a few James Boags.

It's the get-pissed-until-you-don't-care-plan-diet-thing.
