Whats the best place to watch sunset in queensland
Anywhere around the south east corner that is great for watching the sunset?
wondered if somewhere up tambourine might be good?

Top of Mount Warning is probably best but it's not Queensland.

From the bayside beach at the northern end of Moreton Island (Bulwer) - in summer.
You can sit there on the beach almost deserted, perhaps wallowing in the calm warm water... have dolphins swimming around you and watching the sun set over the glasshouse mountains on the mainland...
almost unbeatable....

Mt Tamborine (hang glider spot) is very popular - several carloads of photographers on a good night. You need an interesting sky, not a cloudless affair.

Half way along my road is pretty good, get it going down over the mountains. Definitely need some cloud though, colours are better.
