Default What should I see on a visit to Perth?

I'm going to Perth on Saturday staying for 10 days with my cousin who lives in Joondalup. Any recommendations on what to do or see while I'm there or any places I should avoid like the plague?

I reckon you need to avoid the indigenous british expats, do that and you'll have a great time. Looks beautifully isolated.

Will I need a jacket or coat of some type or will a hoodie and long T-shirt be enough? If not I'm going to have to buy one I bought slippers, a cardi and a pair of jeans today. I dont think we will be out much at night apart from maybe visiting a few bars.

It was +1 at my house this morning climbing all the way to an absolutely sweltering 17. I'm 15 km north of Joondalup.
