Yesterday we were so fed up - convinced the house would never sell (after nearly 5 months on the market) and that we'd never get to Australia.

Today we got not one but TWO offers - hooray!!!!!

The one we accepted is a first time buyer too so we may make it out to queensland by February.

Fantastic news, congratulations

Thanks Lynne - we're so excited - but trying to contain it just incase it all goes pear shaped. We could be there by February!! It took everything in my power to stop Bill handing his notice in at work today. I figure we need to wait at least until the survey is done,

Thats exactly what we are doing. The survey is getting done this Friday so as soon as that comes back ok. Notices handed in will be imminent
