We've put our house on the market.

We'll have to see if it's worth enough to move.

$1500 it has cost us just to put it on.

For all you in the uk it's 2.2% plus GST

Why are you selling it? It seems only yesterday that you finished building it!

And the estate agents charge you up front?!

We don't like this part of town so we're going to try elsewhere, not sure if we can but we'll see.

You have to pay for the advertising including the board outside the home, internet and even the piece of paper the agents give out to potential buyers.

He doesn't care, you know how he is. Water of a ducks back.

He said that it'll be cool as he'll get to make a lot of new friends. He doesn't lack confidence.

No, he's sound....and it's probably better moving now than before he get too settled
