or a 111 I just think that anything to do with numerology is a bunch of wackadoddle. If nothing else, how many calendars do we have running - Every religion has one, the Gregorian seems to be an internationally accepted one, but I remember my uncle sporting a tatt after his tour in Afganistan with dates in 1400s or 1500s ... Really weird.

Apparently there's thousands (possibly a slight exaggeration) of weddings booked today as couples clamour (can you tell I heard this on the radio?) to be married on 11/11/11

Perhaps I should book ours for 12/12/12 - Himself stands a chance of remembering the date then.

Wouldn't bet on it. We were married in 2000 and we have the date engraved on the inside of our wedding rings but he still forgets!!

I'm not a great believer in mumbo jumbo but 11.11 is a bit wierd for me as since about 2003 when I look at the time it's often 11.11am.

It's not that I'm a clock watcher but it got to the stage where it was happening a few times every week irrespective of where I was. Could be out and about, at work or at home. Perhaps it's one of those subconscious body clock type things.

Said to the missus it must be the time I'm gonna pop me clogs.

My youngest shares your brothers birthday. She turned 2 on 07/07/07 and all I can remember it for is after her party, going to move my car into the garage and hearing the news of the London bombings on the radio and racing in and turning on the tv.

Yep, heard the weddings thing for next year too - don't rush to book yours in too, most men will always forget the date anyway.

me and a colleague actually had a shot of vodka at work at 11.11.11.11.11.11, right on the second.

its sort of a sad tradition/excuse for vodka, because we also had one at 1.2.3.4.5.6.7.8.9 a couple of years ago
