Changes to 457 Eligible Occupations may mean they can't get to Oz after paying for an agent medicals etc

Please could somebody post a link to the changes? I am panicking. The only ones I can find were made at the end of last year. They apply to the on hire sector, meat workers and the language requirement. Have there been any more?
