Sounds great-how lomg will it take to finish? Do you have to wait a few months to build a credit rating before you can get a mortgage and buy/build?

Build time is 24 weeks, anything over that and they pay our rent!

Not sure about the credit rating, think as long as you're working it's ok? I might be wrong though We asked initially when OH had only been working about 4 weeks.

Almost 7 months and yes pool will be dug at same time as the house build, save any mess later on
