Not one I would pick. Duncraig & Carine and even Ocean Reef and Woodvale are better schools IMO.

Getting a 13 year old in

Ring the school and ask them. When I first started applying for high schools a couple of years ago I rang the Principal of Duncraig. He informed me that over 50% of pupils come from out of catchment. Just telephone and ask.

Sean, if your child was born between 1 January to 30 June 1997, then they are in what is known as the "half year cohort". This is good for you in that you might be more likely to get a place for your child, compared to the current Year 7s, who are in the new group born between 1 July 1997 to 30 June 1998. Duncraig also has a special program for kids who qualify.
