Default Vodafone to vodafone

Will an australian vodafone phone work in the uk on vodafone without being unlocked?

Cheers.

It won't take a Vodafone UK sim without unlocking, but it may roam onto the Vodafone UK network with your Oz sim in it. Check with Voda Aus to see who their roaming partners are in the UK

It'll be comparatively easy to get it unlocked in UK if you need to - there is usually a "little man in the market" who will do it quite cheaply.
