Basically what they want now is someone to come and do another electrical survey and to say that it conforms to current regulations. If Gareth was nic registered then we could have done that, but because he isn't they want someone who is to come and do it.
Accoridng to our solicitor, the firm our buyer is using are really picky. I so nearly told them to f off. But since we have paid for flights etc, then I'd best not.
