I'm here Mandy, supposed to be doing housework but I'm so very tired. I've got a cottage pie to make to before monkey gets home from school. Really must pull my finger out.

ooh yes please, ive just got in from the gym, ive still to do the breakfast dishes to do When straight out this morning after dropping the boys off.

Im doing a tuna pasta bake. My middle son has a school trip and i had to make a pack up for him.
all i had in was home made bread, so he has sarnies and home made jucie with loads of fruit.
Teacher wont let the kids use a proper lunch box it all has to go in a plastic bag. so i hope his grub dont get squashed.

That's really annoying about the book! Would you be able to get it from the library?

unfortunatly not it is an 'of print' book that has special quotes and research done specific for my course.

The head is a pain and ive had words with her about her having to chuck stuff away after they have eaten.
Ive had 'proper' spoons go missing because my son was the only one that had stuff left behind. What annoyed me the most was she also chucked out an apple cos he didn't have time to eat it

My hubby wont eat fish pie so meals he wont eat i do while he is away
Ive got my helper in tonight. i have a lady come once a week to help my eldest with his homework while i can sort out the youngest and read a story etc to him.
Well i must get on, i promised the kids id make a banana bread today.

When on school trips mine cannot take lunch in boxes. It al has to be disposable...less for them to carry i suppose

That's ridiculous Mandy and very frustrating I imagine.

Ooh, maybe they do that at monkey's school then - he hasn't been on a school trip yet (despite him asking me every day if today's the day he's going to the farm) so maybe that'll be the rule there too.

He takes a lunch box every day though usually.
